Payment Process & Banking Account Update

Dear Clients Wishing you a great winter festive season and a very happy new year. Starting 1st January 2020, in a measure to robust our internal financial controls and match up with the ever-changing regulatory environment, we are hereby standardizing our funds inflow channels. To keep our funds inflow segregated between revenue and non-revenue (tax, govt fees reimbursements), two different bank accounts have been designated where the funds shall be receivable hereon. For ease of payments we are also introducing UPI, QR Code & payment gateway modes where the funds can be transferring instantaneously without needing to add our bank accounts.

Revenue i.e. professional fee/bill payment which form part of our primary revenue shall be receivable through below mentioned payment mode in dedicated accounts;

How it is beneficial for you?

- For a regular client a single payout which might contains both bill payment and reimbursements, this leads to mismatch in our internal ledger and client ledger of StartUp Movers. This measure will ensure accurate reconciliations at all times with minimal or no efforts. - This measure is in tune with our future automation measures which will further ease out transactions with StartUp Movers.
