Operations Update 24th March 2020

Dear Clients In light of the pandemic Covid-19 outbreak our teams are also working from home, as directed by the government. We have had extensive discussions & training among our team members reviewing the situation and advising best practices for WFH while leveraging technology, no travel policy except essential needs and other health guidelines issued by the authorities. We hope you all are also following the WFH policy and keeping indoors, safe & sound. All our client support services are active during the business hours on all working days and we have planned well to keep our services operational without any challenges for our clients. All our team members will be available on calls, emails and hangout calls as usual. Although all are services are active, we would like to convey that you might experience delay in turnaround time for some services which will require extra efforts in remote access and execution in these conditions. Our team is continuously in touch using daily Hangouts calls, Trello, Google Forms and various other means to ensure that our collective efficiencies increase as we move forward. We have listed down some areas where you might experience delays particularly:

  • Tasks involving digital signature to be applied with remote access
  • Fetching historical documentation and compliance files from our secure servers
  • All tasks requiring physical visits to various departments stand delayed till the further government directives

All our monthly retainer client’s on-site visits committed in our plans; stand cancelled as per government directives and we shall aim to resume this at the earliest once the situation & government directive allow to do so. At the same we assure all our clientele, that all compliance support services shall continue as per routine and our team will actively communicate various updates from the government if any deadline or reliefs are extended relevant to you.   For all the routine visits our team will be setting up hangout calls with the clients to ensure smooth communication & coordination. Please reach to our team in case of any specific requests around this. We are also taking this time as an opportunity to build & test more processes around our operations and continue to unlearn-learn and come back stronger & better once the normalcy prevails back. Although the market sentiment looks dim but our advice for all startups shall be to continue to be positive, focusing all energies on keeping safe and figuring out efficient means to continue business & being relevant. Even the investors are most likely to discuss potential opportunities the same way like any other Monday morning and eager to take up stakes which might be valuing lower than their par. Wishing all safe time ahead and hoping for things to get better at the earliest.
