Iztri Raises ₹10 Crore in Seed Funding Led by All In Capital and Suashish Group

September 2026 — Bengaluru-based fabric care startup Iztri has raised ₹10 crore (approximately $1.1 million) in a seed funding round led by All In Capital and Suashish Group.

The round also saw participation from investors including Anupam Mittal, Kunal Shah, Tanmay Bhat, Gaurav Munjal, Roman Saini, Abhishek Goyal, the JK Tyre family office and Shadowfax founders Abhishek Bansal and Vaibhav Khandelwal. Existing investor PedalStart also participated in the round.

Founded in 2024 by Rohit Ramesh and Ankit Choudhary, Iztri is building a technology-enabled fabric care network that aims to make everyday services such as ironing more reliable, organised and convenient for urban households.

For us at Startup Movers, this milestone is particularly special. Iztri has been our retainer client since 2025, and we manage its overall corporate secretarial compliance. We supported the company with its secretarial and regulatory requirements during the earlier AJVC funding round and continued supporting the team through the corporate compliance processes connected with its latest ₹10 crore seed round.

Being part of the compliance infrastructure behind a growing startup and watching it move from an early funding round to a much larger milestone, is exactly the kind of journey we are proud to support.

How Will Iztri Use the ₹10 Crore Funding?

Iztri plans to use the fresh capital to expand its services, strengthen its technology and build a wider operational network.

The company’s key plans include:

  • Expanding its existing hub network across Bengaluru.
  • Strengthening its operational and technology infrastructure.
  • Entering related fabric care categories such as dry cleaning and shoe care.
  • Improving service quality, turnaround time and customer experience.
  • Preparing for expansion across southern India and other major metropolitan markets.

Instead of operating only as a service aggregator, Iztri manages neighbourhood hubs, trains its workforce and uses technology to standardise how orders are processed and delivered.

Organising an Everyday but Unorganised Service

Clothes ironing is one of the most frequently used household services in India. Yet, the sector remains largely unorganised, with customers often facing inconsistent quality, uncertain turnaround times and limited service visibility.

Iztri is trying to change this through an apartment-hub model. Its neighbourhood hubs combine trained workers, local infrastructure and backend technology to offer a more consistent fabric care experience.

The startup began with clothes ironing, but its larger goal is to build a trusted platform for multiple fabric care needs. By expanding into services such as dry cleaning and shoe care, Iztri aims to become a more complete solution for urban households.

Growing from 25,000 to 1 Lakh Customers

Iztri is currently operational in Bengaluru and has already served approximately 25,000 customers. Its hub network supports more than 200 workers, helping the company manage local demand while maintaining consistent service standards.

Following the latest funding round, Iztri plans to grow its customer base to more than 1 lakh customers within six months.

Over the next two to three years, the company intends to deepen its presence across southern India before entering India’s top metropolitan markets. This expansion will require a larger hub network, stronger technology and reliable operational systems, all areas where the new funding will play an important role.

From the AJVC Round to a ₹10 Crore Seed Round

Iztri’s latest fundraise follows its earlier pre-seed round led by AJVC (A Junior VC). The earlier capital helped the company expand its Bengaluru network and strengthen its technology and supply-chain systems.

The ₹10 crore seed round represents the next stage of that journey. The presence of institutional investors, experienced founders and prominent angel investors reflects growing confidence in Iztri’s approach to organising a high-frequency household service.

For Startup Movers, supporting Iztri across both funding stages has meant keeping its corporate secretarial records, statutory filings, and funding-related secretarial compliances properly managed as the company grows.

Why This Funding Round Stands Out

India has seen technology reshape several everyday services, from food delivery and transportation to home maintenance. However, fabric care continues to operate mainly through fragmented local providers.

Iztri is not simply moving the same service online. It is developing the operating infrastructure needed to make fabric care more predictable and scalable.

Its combination of neighbourhood hubs, trained workers and technology-led processes could help formalise a service that millions of households use regularly. The model also has the potential to offer workers more structured operations and predictable earning opportunities.

What Lies Ahead for Iztri?

With the fresh funding, Iztri will focus on strengthening its Bengaluru operations before expanding into new markets. Growing the hub network and adding services such as dry cleaning and shoe care will allow the company to serve a wider range of customer needs.

The larger challenge will be maintaining consistent quality and turnaround times as the network expands. If Iztri can successfully standardise its operations across locations, it could build a strong position in India’s largely unorganised fabric care market.

Bottom Line

Iztri’s ₹10 crore seed round marks an important step in its journey from a Bengaluru-based ironing service to a broader technology-enabled fabric care platform.

As Iztri enters its next stage of growth, Startup Movers is proud to continue supporting the company as its secretarial compliance partner, managing the corporate secretarial foundation that helps growing businesses stay compliant while they scale.
